It’s important to know that not all vision issues or problems can be fixed using eye exercises but many can be helped with substantial improvements through a daily regimen of eye exercises.
Wearing glasses can actually act as a crutch and can block your eyes from being challenged to do the work they are intended to do and over time this can break down or deteriorate your vision as stronger and stronger lenses are prescribed year after year and your eyes continue to get weaker and weaker.
Eyes are like other parts of your body that need exercise and relaxation to keep them in shape and working properly.
Professionals make a lot of money prescribing eye glasses, contact lenses and dangerous surgeries and procedures. So they may not be that motivated to direct us into trying anything that may naturally improve our vision.
Don’t you think your eyes deserve and chance to see if they can be improved naturally through the utilization of daily vision training techniques?
If you knew that eye vision exercises would improve your eyes for better vision, wouldn’t you make an effort to perform daily vision exercises in order to reap the benefits? It’s like making an investment into the health and well being of your eyes. It’s certainly worth the effort to find out if you can get any improvement in your vision. Go ahead and improve your vision naturally with daily vision exercises!
Did you know that improving your eyes through vision exercises was originally conceived by Dr. William H. Bates, an ophthalmologist from New York. Dr. Bates is quoted on saying “If broken bones can be healed, why can’t poor eyesight be improved?” So the information contained on this site and linked throughout originated from Dr. Bates. I believe that over the years this important information has grown and become much more advanced.
Ok, enough talk about vision exercises, let’s do a quick Vision Exercise right now:
1. Rub your hands together for about 15 to 30 seconds until they feel warm. Now place your hands cupped over your closed eyes making sure not to apply pressure directly on your eyes. Make sure there are no gaps between your fingers that would allow any light in. Try to hold this position for approximately 60 seconds. Repeat this three times.
